Meet Your Calibrate Team

Throughout your Calibrate commitment, you’ll have a team of people supporting you, cheering you on, guiding you, and advocating for you. During your Metabolic Health Assessment, which is the first step of your journey, you’ll be introduced to your Medical Team. From there, our Support Team will take the reins and will be there for you every step of the way. Once you officially begin your One-Year Metabolic Reset, you’ll meet your accountability coach on a bi-weekly basis and have the Calibrate member community to support you everywhere in between. Read on to learn a bit more about each one of these teams and how you will interact with them in your new day-to-day.

Your Medical Team

The first member of your Medical Team you’ll meet will be your Calibrate doctor. During your Metabolic Health Assessment, they’ll review your lab work, health history, and answer any questions you may have about your next steps. Your Medical Team will also provide structured check-ins via the Calibrate app at months 1, 3, 6, and 12 in a written questionnaire. They will include an in-depth review of your program progress, your medications, any side effects, and any other health updates or questions you may have. After your check-in, you’ll receive a personalized follow-up message from one of the board-certified doctors on the Medical Team. Your Medical Team will also be available through the Medical Channel in the Calibrate App when you have a question about your medication or health. They will get back to you within two business days.

Your Support Team

Your Calibrate Support Team will be available to help you in a variety of ways. First, they’ll work closely with your Medical Team and your insurance to help get your prescriptions covered for $25/month or less, after any deductible is met. They’ll be available to help you with app or tech-related questions. You can also reach out to them if you need to reschedule an appointment with your coach or Medical Team.

Your Accountability Coach

After you’ve completed your Metabolic Health Assessment with your Calibrate doctor, you’ll meet with your coach in your first virtual 1:1 accountability coaching session. Your first visit will be 30 minutes and the following will be 15 minutes on a bi-weekly basis. Your coach will help you set goals, celebrate your small and big wins, and hold you accountable throughout your Calibrate journey.
